| Design Description: |
The Debossed Bird
of Paradise Design is a favorite among couples
planning for a tropical destination wedding. This
invitation has been created in MANY different ways
for different
clients. In addition to the above BLIND debossed
design presentation, many people do choose
to print [the design + text] in orange, others
purple. You could even print the design in three
colors [with the leaf in green and the flower in
purple
+ orange].
The invitation
itself is letterpress printed on a 110# textured
cover stock which holds letterpress beautifully.
You may choose to add a Shimmer Orange backing
layer to help "POP"
the text.
Shown above the invitation and enclosure cards all
have HAND-TORN DECKLED edges. In some instances clients
will bundle the enclosure cards with orange or purple
cord [VIEWS 4 + 6]. The Bird of Paradise Leaf Wrap
with debossed center vein adds dimension to the
invite. Once the leaf is wrapped around the invite,
a back pocket area is created, allowing the
enclosure cards to be tucked behind the invitation.
The pricing for this invitation is considered
TWO (2) COLOR, as even thought the design does
not have color, it is a separate (or second) press
pass. |

invitation design is always possible and welcome.
By adding your own flare you help create an original
work of art your guests will not only talk about,
but keep as mementoes. Customization includes paper
color, font color, actual fonts used, ribbon color,
different design layout etc. |

AT LEAST TWO DIFFERENT PRINTED CARD TYPES,

* INNER ENVELOPES *
Inner envelopes are $1.00 each. They are custom converted
specifically for Melissa and are available with a textured
finish in either white or natural white. Inner
envelopes are ungummed and are placed inside the mailing envelope.
Inner envelopes are used to communicate exactly who is invited,
especially when inviting - or not inviting - young children
of guests. Names only are listed, so for example: "Jessica & Glenn" (informal)
-or- "Mr. & Mrs. Glenn Walker" (formal). Do not
forget to order extras to account for addressing mistakes (and
they do happen)!

* GUEST ADDRESSING *
If you would like Melissa to print in-studio your guests names
and/or addresses on the invitation envelope and/or inner envelope,
the fee per envelope is $1.55 USD. For Guest Addressing envelopes
Melissa uses a high quality inkjet printer, as it is the most
cost-effective method. The font used will match the one on
your invitation.

NOTE: Alternatively, please email Melissa
if you would like to have your envelopes hand-written by a
calligrapher, and have not already arranged for this service
on your own.

* COMPLETE ASSEMBLY & MAILING to GUESTS for the NON-DIY

Melissa can also completely assemble and mail the invites to
your guests directly from her local US Post Office. She will
add postage to your rsvp card/postcard, in-studio print your
guests names + addresses on the invite envelope, neatly "stuff" the
envelope with all enclosures, add the invitation envelope postage
and then mail. To assemble and mail to each guest the fee is
$2.75 USD per invite.
NOTE: RSVP and invite
mailing postage are NOT included
in the $2.75 USD, nor is the optional
inner envelope or inner envelope
