| TERMS
OF AGREEMENT
-
by submitting this form, you agree to the following
terms |
- The
client(s) will have the opportunity to
review, inspect, and approve a pre-press
proof of the invitation(s) prior to press
run.
- No
part of any order will be delivered until
the balance is paid in full.
- Once
an invitation proof is approved by the
client(s) and is taken to press, it is
the responsibility of the client(s) to
pay, in full, the cost of the order regardless
of postponement or cancellation of the
event/contract.
- In
the event a custom design is produced
for a client, the design(s) remain the
intellectual property of Hana Hou Productions
and may be included in the Hana Hou Production
Invitation Collection for future reproduction
and sale.
- Hana
Hou Productions reserves the right to
use invitations and/or reproductions for
display, publication, and/or other purposes.

Hana Hou Productions reserves the right
to cancel this contract upon non compliance
by client.
- If
the client fails to pay any bill when
due, or within thirty (30) days thereafter,
a late charge of one percent (1%) per
month on the unpaid principal will be
charged from the date of billing.
- In
the event a delinquent account is placed
in the hands of an attorney or a licensed
collector, it is understood that the client(s)
agree(s) to pay, in addition to the amount
of said contract and interest, an amount
sufficient to cover all costs and collection,
including attorney’s fee.
- NOTICE
OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or
reproduce Hana Hou Productions Invitation
Collection designs elsewhere without the
written permission of Hana Hou Productions.
Violators of this Federal Law will be
subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
- Please
notify Hana Hou Productions of any event
schedule changes as soon as possible that
would pertain to the production of the
proposed invitation order.
