HOW
DO I BEGIN MY ORDER?
You may order any time, day or night! Below
is a basic flow to walk you through the ordering
process. Should you have any questions, please
feel free to contact us at 630.978.1490, Monday
through Friday, 9am to 7PM CST.
PLEASE NOTE
We only accept payment via PayPal.com,
which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, and e-checks. Thus we cannot process
your credit card information over the phone.

To
order your item(s), click on the "add to cart"
button which will route you to the PayPal.com shopping
cart window.
You may minimize the PayPal.com window at any time
and continue shopping. The top frame of the Hana
Hou Productions website features a "view cart"
link which you may click on at any time to view
the items in your shopping cart.
When
you are routed to the paypal.com website, please
make sure to indicate, in multiples of 25, beginning
with "50" (so 50, 75, 100, etc.) the number
of invitations, etc you'd like to order (except
where otherwise noted, i.e. the place cards).

Once
you have set up an account with PayPal.com
(if you do not already have one prior to ordering
with us), and your payment has been processed, PayPal.com
will re-direct you to the Hana Hou Productions website
where you will fill out our order form with your
paper, wording and font selections.
Alternatively, you may also fill out your text at
a later time and click this link which will take
you directly to the Hana
Hou Productions Order Form.

Within
24 hours you will receive a personal eMail from
Melissa Casey containing your proofs as either a
PDF file or as JPG images. Alternatively, should
you not be able to view or receive images through
your eMail, you will be provided with a URL at which
to view your proofs.
If you can not make a decision between two fonts,
we will eMail you the invitation proof first for
the decision making. Once you decide on your font,
the remaining proofs will be worked on and sent
to you for approval.

Please
take the time to review each of your proofs carefully!!
Also, please note that in order to take
your order to press, we will need your approval
via eMail. Should you request any changes
after the first proofs are sent, we will then work
on your new proofs and send them to you for approval.
Once we have your final OK to proceed, your order
will be sent to the printer. At that time an estimated
delivery date will be sent via eMail.

SHIPPING!
You are responsible for the full actual shipping
cost of your order plus a $10 handling (packaging)
fee. Once your order has been shipped, you will
receive a request for shipment payment via PayPal.com.
It would be greatly appreciated if that bill is
paid IMMEDIATELY.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority
or Express
Mail, or Global
Priority or Global
Express (for outside of the USA), or depending
upon how much and how soon the client desires their
order. The client specifies their preference. USPS
Express Mail from Hawaii takes 2 days to reach the
mainland, Priority, up to 7 days.
If you'd prefer 2 Day Fed Ex, or have a Fed Ex or
UPS account you'd like to use, please let us know.

We strive to ensure accuracy with every order, and
ask that when you receive your order, you go through
to make sure everything is accounted. Should there
be any problems you must call Hana Hou Productions
within 48 hours of receiving the order at 630.978.1490
to immediately correct any problem.
