We strive to produce designs that are not only unique,
but rememberable and we
realize that many couples set a budget for their wedding.
From our experience, it appears that a couples allocation
for their invitation budget is often significantly less
than other areas, such as the cake or florals. When
really, your invitation is the first piece of contact
your guest will have with your event, and it should
be as special and unique as the couple. Your invitation
sets the tone for the event and gives a hint to your
guest of what awaits.
Our invitations are in fact very inexpensive
when one considers the cost of the paper, the press
time, and the making of your negatives and plates
for the printing press. Everything we do is done on
a case by case basis, and Melissa works one on one
with any given client throughout the order process.
We do not mass produce invitations and we
use quality cover stock. Our designs are
not offered by anyone else - they are unique unto
us. Majority of any profit received from an invitation
order is applied to the research and development of
future designs - so by ordering you help contribute
to our future as an island spirited design company.
If
one of our new designs is "the design" you
would like for your event, we hope our special will
help make your dream become a reality.

In 2004 Hana Hou Productions will no longer
continue with the monthly specials as offered
in 2003. For 2004 we are going to try a different
approach to specials. We have many new designs
and to encourage the sale of our new designs,
we will offer 15% OFF to the first
person to order each New
Design (the first person only).
You must purchase at least
25 Invitations and 25 RSVP Card (or
RSVP Post Cards) for the discount
to apply; the 15% OFF does not apply to
custom motifs, colors, etc; one special only,
please per person/event).
Also,
whomever orders these new designs will be later
featured on our website with a picture of their
completed invitation ensemble and should they
desire, a brief bio. When the first PAID order
for a new design is placed, the names of the
individual(s), and their event month and year
will appear next to that design to signal that
the 15% is no longer available. To date many
people have requested sample swatches of our
new designs, but no orders have been placed.
